ZENVY - COMMERCIAL SOURCE LICENSE - DIRECT STORE Version 1.0 - 2 November 2026 The licensor is the seller identified on your valid purchase order. Original code copyright remains with its respective rights holder. Unspecified rights are reserved. 1. A valid direct-store purchase grants one purchaser a non-exclusive license to modify this source and publish/monetize ONE branded Android end product, for the purchaser or one client. Maintenance builds of that same product are included. Separate end products require separate licenses. 2. You may customize the app name, package, features, artwork and configuration, distribute compiled APK/AAB builds of that end product, and use contractors under confidentiality to maintain it. 3. You must not resell, sublicense, share, publish or redistribute the seller's source or reusable extracts as source code, templates, starter kits, app-builder libraries or competing source products, or claim exclusive ownership of the underlying seller code. A compiled app may not be a vehicle for source resale. 4. The package contains Android marketplace source, backend/rules source and buyer setup material. Owner personal identity, real Firebase configuration, production accounts, customer records, signing keys, merchant accounts, hosted backend services and trademark rights do not transfer. Rename/configure your own product, branding, cloud project, Google identity, support/privacy links, signing key and receiving details. Deploy and test your own services before distribution. You pay your own provider, hosting and service charges. 5. The payment source provides COD and manual external-transfer verification and record keeping. It does not automatically charge bank/card accounts, transfer seller payouts or initiate refunds. Real payment/fulfillment operation, store publication and regulatory obligations belong to the buyer's business. No store-approval, payment-certification or revenue promise is included. 6. Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses/service terms. This license does not replace or restrict rights granted by those licenses. Keep required copyright, license, NOTICE and provider-attribution material. Google/Android and other third-party marks remain with their owners. SDKs and dependencies must be obtained under the buyer's accepted provider terms. 7. Source is provided AS IS, without a promise of fitness, revenue, store approval, future API availability, free customization, hosted infrastructure or uninterrupted operation. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded. Support, updates and refunds follow the offer/order and law. 8. For a Codester purchase, the license actually agreed for that transaction governs to the extent it differs. This direct-store summary does not alter the selected Codester license or confirm marketplace acceptance/publication. Keep your purchase receipt as evidence of the licensed end product.
