ZENO NETWORK LABS — VAULT ANDROID SOURCE EDITION
Direct website source license, version 1.0 (24 October 2026)

Scope. These terms cover original application code and supplied artwork that
Zeno Network Labs is entitled to license. Third-party libraries, fonts, assets,
SDKs and service terms retain their own licenses and notices. These terms do not
restrict permissions granted by those separate component licenses.

Website purchase. One verified buyer organization may use, modify and rebrand
the first-party source to create one Android end product and distribute its
compiled application commercially. Employees and contractors may access the
source solely for that project. Another unrelated end product requires another
license or a separate written agreement. Keep the purchase receipt and source
private. Do not resell or give away the first-party source, seller archive or a
competing source-code template.

Codester purchase. The applicable Codester license and purchase certificate
govern a Codester purchase instead of the website one-project paragraph above:

Excluded. Production Firebase/Google/AdMob/Play accounts, signing keys, customer
data, domains, trademarks, account balances and hosted services are not sold.
Sample ZENO branding is provided for customization and does not transfer the
ZENO trademark. Configure your own identity, accounts, IDs and signing key.
Cloud and store services may require approval and separate service charges.

The package includes English and Urdu setup instructions. Its isolated Android
build was tested with configuration fixtures. Buyer-specific sign-in, billing,
ads, cloud functions and Drive backup require configuration and testing against
the buyer's own accounts before release. No universal device compatibility,
store acceptance, future updates or lifetime support is promised. The delivered
code is subject to mandatory law and the applicable component licenses.
