ZENO NETWORK LABS — ANDROID SOURCE EDITION First-party commercial source license, version 2 (20 October 2026) Scope. These terms cover only original application code and sample artwork that Zeno Network Labs is entitled to license. Libraries, fonts, system components and the separately licensed Android Office service retain their own terms. No restriction below limits rights granted by those component licenses. Website purchase. One verified buyer organization may use, modify and rebrand the original code to build one Android end product and distribute its compiled application commercially. Employees and contractors may access source solely for that project. Additional unrelated products require another source license or a written extended agreement. Keep the purchase receipt and a private backup. Do not resell or give away the first-party source, supplied artwork, seller archive, or a competing source-code template. Codester purchase. If the receipt is from Codester, the applicable Codester Regular or Extended License governs the first-party item instead of the website one-project paragraph above. The seller must provide that platform's applicable terms with the purchase. Mandatory third-party permissions still take precedence. Third-party rights. Preserve copyright notices and license texts. This source edition selects LGPL FFmpeg components and retains the component authors' rights to copying, modification, replacement and corresponding-source access. Nothing in this agreement prohibits reverse engineering required to debug modifications to LGPL components, relinking/replacement permitted by their license, or required source disclosure. Do not add DRM or technical restrictions that defeat those rights. See THIRD_PARTY_DISTRIBUTION.md before distributing a compiled application. The Android Office service and its AGPL/GPL dependencies are separate components; the app-source restrictions do not apply to that service's covered source. This purchase does not transfer exclusive rights, production accounts, signing keys, customer data, domains, trademarks or the seller's live service identities. Sample ZENO branding is supplied for demonstration and template customization; it does not grant ownership of the ZENO trademark or imply seller endorsement. The code is supplied as delivered, subject to mandatory law, without a promise of universal device/codec support, patent clearance, uninterrupted cloud services, marketplace acceptance, future updates or lifetime support. The buyer must test its configured product, pay its own service costs and satisfy distribution duties. Read the product listing and applicable terms before payment.
