# Commercial source license

The software/project assets are licensed, not sold. Copyright and other ownership remain with their rights holders. The invoice or purchase certificate identifies the seller, purchaser and edition.

## Purchase-channel priority

**Codester orders** use the license selected at checkout and Codester's applicable terms. This document does not narrow platform-granted permissions or add platform-license rights. See [Codester's official license page](https://www.codester.com/info/licenses) and your certificate; check the permitted project count and intended resale/source-distribution use.

**Direct orders** use the following terms when the receipt identifies this source edition and does not specify a different written license.

## Direct-sale grant

After payment, the purchaser receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, study, modify and rebrand the delivered version for **one end product**, for themselves or one client.

The purchaser may keep private development, testing, backup and production copies for that product; change its appearance/features using content they may use; and distribute that product as a compiled Windows application, free or paid. Necessary employees/contractors may access the source for that project when bound to protect it, without receiving an independent redistribution right.

Updates to that same end product do not require another license. Another independent product/client project requires another license or separate written grant. No runtime royalty is required.

## Direct-sale restrictions

Do not publish, share, sublicense or redistribute the source, source assets or a source template, except necessary private project collaborators as above. Do not put it in a public repository or public download location.

Do not sell/give away the supplied source package, a lightly modified source package, or a competing source/template/stock-asset edition. Compilation or renaming does not grant source-redistribution rights. The purchase includes neither exclusivity nor transfer of ownership.

## Included and excluded rights

This license covers project code/assets the seller may license. Third-party components keep their own terms and required notices. Windows, fonts/voices, signing certificates, trademarks, domains, marketplace accounts and external services are not transferred.

The purchaser handles their branding rights, changes, end-user terms, distribution and operated services. This package does not supply store approval, signing identity, a hosted service or a sales guarantee.

## Version, support and warranty

The grant covers the delivered version. Support, updates and customization are included only as stated on the listing/receipt; perpetual support or a future roadmap is not implied.

The source is supplied without a promise that it fits every business purpose, Windows setup or device. Nothing here excludes rights/remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Retain proof of purchase with the private source copy.
