Stock Audit Pro Android Source Code — Direct Store Source License
Version 1.0-20261102

This license applies to a direct purchase of product stock-audit-pro-android-source
from Zeno Network Labs. A Codester purchase uses the license presented by Codester
for that transaction. Third-party components retain their own licenses.

The purchaser may use and modify this source to create one branded Android end
product for the purchaser or one client, and distribute compiled versions of that
end product. The purchaser may keep backups and give source access to contractors
working on that same product, provided those contractors protect the source and
do not use it for another product.

The purchaser must not resell, sublicense, give away, publish or redistribute the
underlying source template, a source archive, or a substantially similar template.
A separate license is required for another independent end product or client.
The seller retains ownership of the original source and branding. The purchaser
must use their own product identity and must not imply endorsement or ownership
of the original Zeno Network Labs application or brand.

Included: the delivered Android source, backend integration sources, sample
configuration, setup material and applicable third-party notices. Not included:
owner cloud/Play accounts, signing keys, credentials, customer data, production
hosting, cloud credits, paid subscriptions or a Windows desktop application.

The purchaser supplies and pays for their own Firebase/Google/Play setup,
deployment, lawful content, privacy/support links and signing identity. They must
test security, permissions, import/backup, exports, sign-in and billing flows with
their own signed build before distribution. Device compatibility, store approval
and third-party service availability are not guaranteed.

Unless required by applicable law or separately agreed in writing, the source is
provided as delivered, without a promise of future updates, hosted support,
installation service or guaranteed commercial results. Mandatory consumer rights
and the payment platform's applicable dispute/refund rules are unaffected.
