# Source license information

MillLedger Pro is a commercial source-code distribution, not a public open-source release.

## Direct website purchase

The direct single-end-product license permits the buyer to modify the source, rebrand it, compile it and use it in one end product for the buyer or one client. The buyer may provide that compiled end product to its client. The buyer may keep private development and backup copies needed for that end product.

It does not permit resale, sublicensing, publishing or redistribution of the standalone source package, a competing source template, or its reusable assets as a separate product. Additional end products require their own applicable license. Any different scope expressly stated on the accepted website order takes precedence over this package summary.

## Codester purchase

For a purchase through Codester, the selected Codester marketplace license and purchase terms take precedence. This file does not narrow or expand that marketplace license. Keep the marketplace order and license record with your project.

## Shared conditions

There is no seller activation server, purchase-code check or device-bound lock. Third-party components remain under their own upstream licenses; their notices are retained. The source purchase does not include another customer's database, credentials or rights to unrelated third-party trademarks. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.
